We’re moving!

We’re moving closer to our clients!

While remote work has become common in the current pandemic, New Harvest Media began in 2000 with a contract with a client that was 3000 km away. We’ve always worked remotely! And even in the intervening years, only a small percentage of our clients across the Alberta and BC Peace Country have visited our offices in downtown Dawson Creek as we visit clients in their offices in Fort St. John, Spirit River, Grande Prairie and everywhere in between. But, at this time, with even fewer in-person meetings, it seems like the right time to economize and take advantage of the best remote work technologies to serve our clients. So, we have moved out of our 102 Ave. office in Dawson Creek and are now at your service from home offices here in the Peace Country.

Our phone numbers and e-mail addresses remain the same, so many of our clients will not notice the difference.

While we have always used a number of remote work technologies, we’ll be strengthening that portfolio, to become even more accessible to our clients, with:

  • Improved telephone call and e-mail handling to better direct you to the most available member of the team for time-sensitive requests.
  • Live chat on our website
  • Meeting scheduling software
  • Video messaging for training and explanatory purposes
  • Expanded online marketing and client communications

How are you managing remote work at this time? How can we improve how we serve you? Tell me!
